Garage Door Repair in Killeen, TX

Quick and honest Fixed door on a Saturday

Derek came out to install a custom roll-up door on my barn. Before he could, he needed to re-frame the opening. He got me scheduled and installed within a week and did a fantastic job. The door has been installed for a little over a month now and it’s worked flawlessly. Highly recommend.

Secure Overhead Door arrived at appointed time, diagnosed the problem; problem solved quickly.

Called Secure Overhead early morning when a roll-up door at my warehouse derailed, they showed up in less than an hour and got us taken care of. Thank you!!

Wonderful job. Derrick is professional and thorough. We will definitely use Secure Overhead Doors again. Thank you guys. Susan McCourt

Hands down one of the best contractors we have dealt with. Extremely responsive (as in, insanely fast) and thorough. Solid work on many doors we have had installed. Ethical company too and great to work with. Derick (the owner), knows the products in detail and helped tremendously in matching our needs. We looked at several competitors, even ones in Dallas and Houston. Great choice for overhead doors!

It became necessary to have a new garage door installed on a Saturday. By Monday afternoon a new one was fully installed. That was fast! The nylon wheels are nice and quiet.

The estimate was very reasonable, they installed the door that we wanted within a week. The crew was efficient polite and cleaned up after themselves. I had gotten four other estimates and secure overhead door was one of the best. 12/31/25 New info: I had a slight problem with one of the doors, they came out assessed the problem and fixed it right then. Great Service!

Fast response and excellent service for emergency repairs, also noted maintenance needs and furnished those as well for a very reasonable price! Very happy with service experience.

I would highly recommend using secure overhead door. They gave us the best price of any quote we received. The door quality and the installation quality is great. Installation was prompt.

Amazing fast service and looks great.

Derick has done a great job for us multiple times given we have several overhead doors that get heavy use.

Great experience. The owner contacted me within 30 minutes of my request and fixed my garage door within 20 minutes for a super reasonable price. Cannot recommend enough.

I recommend Secure Overhead Door and Derick Hill. I am a commercial property manager with over 1k roll-up doors at my facilities. They are always repaired quickly and professionally by Secure Overhead Door. Their service is quick and thorough and their prices are very competitive. No job too big or too small. Derick is competent and friendly and I use his company for all of my door needs. Give him a call. He'll likely answer on the first few rings and you won't be disappointed in his performance or his prices. Extremely satisfied customer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The doors at my facilities were literally falling off of the hinges for months and wouldn't open or close properly. Derick quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue, selected the most cost effective way to solve the problem promptly and permanently and completed the repairs professionally. He noticed the same issue on several of my other doors and repaired them as well. Now they all operate flawlessly and didn't need replacement, like we thought they did. The repairs he recommended saved my company nearly $10k over complete replacement of the door, frame, hinges, and closer.

Secure overhead door did a great job at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Prompt service, explains everything good to work with and honest .

Thank you, Derick, for your expertise and willingness to come out whenever you receive a call. I called Derick on a Saturday for help with my garage door opener, and he came out and assessed the problem. As soon as my new garage door opener arrived, he came back out and promptly installed it. Derick has an extraordinary work ethic and is extremely dedicated to helping his customers. Derick will be the only person I call in the future when I have any repairs or replacements needed for my garage door.

They always show up on time and make sure that we are satisfied with the product and service. Great company!

Called Derick last night after hours. He showed up in about 30 min and did an outstanding job fixing my door and giving it a tune up. will definitely be using them again for any future issues.

Great expedient service. Highly recommend

I had a garage door come off the tracks after hours... Blocking me in, and about to fall on the vehicle. The door was installed by the builder, and I have only been in the new house for 3 months! But, it was after hours (7pm), and I couldn't reach anyone. Secure Overhead Door answered the phone. He came right over. He put the garage door back in place, and straightened out the rail system. Apparently, the previous company did not install it very well. Thanks again! Great guy!

Derick came within hours of my call. He surveyed the issue then determined what needed to be done to properly fix the issue. The following day, Saturday, he arrived promptly with the parts & worked until the job was done-4 hours. He explained the door’s issue in detail. He also gave advice on proper care (the best lubricant) to keep it functioning in the future. Wonderful job! PS-Still waiting for a response from first company contacted.🤣

Derek was great! Came when he said he would. Even repaired a couple small things for me at no charge! Flawless transaction and great customer service.

Derrick came out on time and took care of our broken spring. I opted to replace the single spring with a double spring. He quoted a very reasonable price and had me back in operation in a little over an hour. I highly recommend him if you have any garage door issues.

Derrick came right away to access our issue. He was able fix our garage door within 30 minutes. He was professional, informative, courteous.

Derick is AMAZING & saved me today! Called him in the afternoon due to a broken garage. He was on another job, but kept in touch with me and showed up this evening and saved the day! Very professional, and polite. Will 100% give Secure Overhead Door a call again when needed. Big thank you again, Derick!

Guys were great and the work was too. They humored my questions and quelled my concerns about not wanting a folding door during windy storms and took my builder grade nonsense to it's grave. They went above and beyond also instaliing my brace post for crazy weather. I had bought it to reinforce the weak sauce door. The brace wouldn't even work with the silly door due to it's design. So after some conversation with Derrick during site survey just decided to go with new better door that is stronger on it's own and also works with brace on hand. Super sturdy vs original scariness. Smoother door opener action as well. Oh yeah, this is new house, door was junk from get go. New door is identical in appearance to original in appearance so no hoa issue. Price was very reasonable, give them a call.

Highly recommend this company, fast service, great communication, fixed my garage door quickly, thank you so much Secure Overhead Door.

Fast and very professional. Had a spring break. Had me up and running in less then 24 hours. Definitely use them again.

Excellent service. I called two other companies and couldn’t even get a quote over the phone. Neither have called me back. Derick gave me a quote and came out the same day. Highly recommend!!!

Derick did a great job replacing the broken springs on my garage door. He arrived promptly, knew immediately what was wrong and had it fixed in less than 2 hours. He even fixed my keypad. I’d highly recommend Derick for any type of residential or commercial garage door repair or installation!

I own a shop constructed in the mid-1950s. When I found that all three garage doors were either broken or in poor condition, Derick stepped in to repair them all, saving me thousands of dollars in the process. I highly recommend Derick and his crew for their excellent work.

Wow! Great service, changed out a 22 year old garage door opener 2 hours after I called! Chamberlain so much quieter than the old Craftsmen. Highly recommend!

Called them on a Friday to get a quote and they were able to come out same day. They gave me an honest and thorough walk through of all the issues with my garage door, but didn't try to oversell me. They then gave me a very very fair price quote and offered to do the work right then and there, at 5PM on a Friday! They were super professional, honest, and did excellent work and the price was unbeatable. I'd highly recommend if you're needing garage work done!

My garage door spring busted on Saturday (of course) of a holiday weekend. I called Derick and he was at our home within a few hours that day. He was courteous, professional and thoroughly explained all options. He got our garage door functioning that day and came back to install the new spring. Derick not only fixed the broken spring and installed some new rollers, but he took the time to provide a lot of helpful maintenance tips. He also greased the main garage door and a golf cart garage door. I was very pleased with the quality of Derick’s service and highly recommend him and Secure Overhead Door for any of your garage door needs.
