Derek came out to install a custom roll-up door on my barn. Before he could, he needed to re-frame the opening. He got me scheduled and installed within a week and did a fantastic job. The door has been installed for a little over a month now and it’s worked flawlessly. Highly recommend.

It became necessary to have a new garage door installed on a Saturday. By Monday afternoon a new one was fully installed. That was fast! The nylon wheels are nice and quiet.

The estimate was very reasonable, they installed the door that we wanted within a week. The crew was efficient polite and cleaned up after themselves. I had gotten four other estimates and secure overhead door was one of the best. 12/31/25 New info: I had a slight problem with one of the doors, they came out assessed the problem and fixed it right then. I had a garage door come off the tracks after hours... Blocking me in, and about to fall on the vehicle. The door was installed by the builder, and I have only been in the new house for 3 months! But, it was after hours (7pm), and I couldn't reach anyone. Secure Overhead Door answered the phone. He came right over. He put the garage door back in place, and straightened out the rail system. Apparently, the previous company did not install it very well. Thanks again! Great guy!

Guys were great and the work was too. They humored my questions and quelled my concerns about not wanting a folding door during windy storms and took my builder grade nonsense to it's grave. They went above and beyond also instaliing my brace post for crazy weather. I had bought it to reinforce the weak sauce door. The brace wouldn't even work with the silly door due to it's design. So after some conversation with Derrick during site survey just decided to go with new better door that is stronger on it's own and also works with brace on hand. Super sturdy vs original scariness. Smoother door opener action as well. Oh yeah, this is new house, door was junk from get go. New door is identical in appearance to original in appearance so no hoa issue. Price was very reasonable, give them a call.

My 14 roll door was slipping and dangerous. I called on a Friday around 2pm, they were out in under 10 minutes. Fixed the broken door and the second door (tightened tension spring). Called them on a Friday to get a quote and they were able to come out same day. They gave me an honest and thorough walk through of all the issues with my garage door, but didn't try to oversell me. They then gave me a very very fair price quote and offered to do the work right then and there, at 5PM on a Friday! My garage door spring busted on Saturday (of course) of a holiday weekend. I called Derick and he was at our home within a few hours that day. He was courteous, professional and thoroughly explained all options. He got our garage door functioning that day and came back to install the new spring.
